Jelly / cake


Mommy tried something new today again. It's water chestnut jelly and banana cake.
Ingredient for water chestnut jelly : 250g water chestnut flour (buy from provision shop), 500ml water, 600g water chestnut (abot 30-40 pcs and chop finely), 750ml water, 300-400g rock sugar, pandan leaves.
- boil 750ml water with pandan leaves and rock sugar and add in chopped water chestnut
- mix 500ml water with chestnut flour and stir into the sugar mixture till thicken
- pour into tin and steam for 30 mins
- leave to cool and put in fridge before serving
